PLAN YOUR VISIT- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Reservations are not required for small groups visiting during normal business hours. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 guests per group. Groups larger than 5 must book a private event.

  • To ensure fairness and a smooth experience for all guests, groups may not split up to bypass the guest limit.

  • Groups larger than 5 guests are welcome to book a private event. This option offers exclusive access to the Charm Bar and a dedicated experience. Click on the box titled “Book the Charm Bar for a Private Event” at the top of our website. (Subject to availability)

  • Yes, we love our little charmers! We just ask that they are supervised at all times.

  • We recommend at least 60–90 minutes to allow ample time for charm selection and assembly. Arrivals close to closing may not allow enough time to guarantee a full charm bar experience. 

  • Charms start at $7 and up

    The stainless steel and 18k gold pvd plated bracelets and necklaces range from $15-$40 (Prices are subject to change)

  • Our charms are made from a variety of metals, including stainless steel, alloy, brass and 18K PVD-plated finishes. While some styles are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, some may naturally tarnish over time. Proper care helps preserve their beauty.

  • To keep your jewelry looking its best:
    • Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions
    • Remove before swimming or showering
    • Store in a dry place when not in use

Ultimate Private Party Experience
Up to 15 guests | 3 hours | $750 spending minimum | 4ft table

The ultimate Pink Rich celebration. This premium experience allows extended time for charm creation, photos, and elevated moments. Perfect for milestone birthdays, bachelorettes, and upscale events that deserve a little extra sparkle.

The Pink Pop

Intimate Charm Experience
Up to 6 guests | 2 hours | $350 spending minimum | 4ft table

An elevated introduction to the Pink Rich experience, perfect for intimate celebrations of any age. Ideal for birthdays, girls’ nights, mommy-and-me dates, or stylish mini gatherings. Guests enjoy a large charm selection in a chic boutique with ample time to design they’re pieces. (No guests add-ons)

Please Note: There is a $100 Booking fee required to secure your reservation.

***Thursday–Sunday, all of our party packages are available after 5:00 PM. Monday–Wednesday, packages are available for start times between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM — the perfect time to charm and shine!”
